We were the first highly specialized school in the Olive Oil sector. We founded the School with a strong commitment for EVOO education and culture.

Inauguration of ESAO headquarters in Valencia.

2010

Training and consolidation of the ESAO Team.

2014

First National Prize – Communication in the Olive Oil Sector.

Official congratulatory telegram from the President of the Government Organism.

2015

The Embassy of Spain in Tokyo selects ESAO to carry out seminars on olive oil aimed at Japanese importers.

First School in the olive sector accredited by the State Foundation for Employment Training of the Government of Spain.

2016

First online virgin olive oil tasting training in Spanish, English and French.

First edition of the ESAO Awards in recognition of the highest quality EVOOs.

2017

First Business School of the olive sector.

2018

The Università Mediterranea of Reggio Calabria (Italy) selects ESAO as an expert on the situation of the olive oil market in Spain.

2019

Signing of collaboration agreements with Universities in Spain and Portugal.

ESAO is selected as a continuous training entity for entities such as DCOOP or Aldi.

Obtaining the ISO 9001 quality certificate preserving the ESAO standards of excellence.

2020

Launch of the first online campus at international level specialized in the olive sector, including both the Master Olive Oil Consultant Certification and the Olive Oil Sommelier Certification.

2022

Launch of the first online and free Guide of the Best Extra Virgin Olive Oils in the world.

2023

The Chamber of Commerce of Messinia (Greece) selects ESAO as an expert on the situation of the olive oil market in Spain.
